Pretty Tandoori Chicken

Marinade

Using a sharp knife, cut two or three slashes into each breast. Sprinkle breasts with salt and then drizzle with lemon juice. Place chicken in 48oz SealSaver® Vacuum Container. Mix together marinade ingredients and pour over chicken, turning breasts to coat. Vacuum seal and marinate for 20 minutes. Shake container, release vacuum and then re-vacuum seal for an additional 10 minutes. If not using SealSaver, marinate for 12 hours.

Preheat grill to medium high heat. Remove chicken from SealSaver® container; do not wipe off. Grill chicken approximately 5 minutes per side, until just about cooked through.

Serve warm or at room temperature with mixed green salad and a glass of Pretty-Smith Cabernet Franc.
