Pretty Teriyaki Marinade
- 2 pounds of skinless chicken pieces or boneless beef
Marinade
- 1 cup soy sauce
- 1 large can of crushed pineapple
- 4 cloves of garlic, crushed
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
Place chicken or beef in SealSaver® container. Mix together marinade ingredients and pour over meat, stirring to coat. Vacuum seal and marinate for 20 mintues. Shake container, release vacuum and then re-vacuum seal for an additional 10 minutes. If not using SealSaver, marinate for 8 hours.
Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Grill chicken (approximatley 5 minutes per side) or beef (approximately 3 minutes per side) until just about cooked through.
Serve with rice, vegetables and a glass of Pretty-Smith Merlot.
